 Lafayette Interior Fashions

Product Description:
"Window dressings are central to a room's character and draperies add to its charm. Let your imagination soar! It may be a favorite color, a unique pattern or an unexpected texture that adds to your personal touch. Graceful folds of fabric can be pleated, puddled or tied, or even all three at once. Instead of pleats, why not grommets, button holes or tabs?

Whether they are simply hung, or swooped in an unusual style, draperies provide glamour and personality. Draperies are much more than a simple window dressing. They function to control light, hide a sight or accent a view. Selecting a style has never been easier than with Interior Masterpieces, where draperies are always a great idea.

• Printed and/or woven designed fabrics are pattern matched from the top down resulting in visual continuity at eye level throughout the room.

• Draperies have a double 4"" blindstitched bottom hem and double 1-1/2"" blindstitched side hems.

• Hemlines of the face fabric and lining are matched, creating the visual illusion of one hemline.

• Face fabric and lining seam widths are matched, preventing unsightly shadows on the drapery in sunlight.

• Covered weights are inserted at the bottom corners to improve the drapability of the fabric.

• Polyester/cotton color matched thread is used to sew the drapery seams, hems, headings and bonised stitches, providing a softer hand and a more visually appealing finish.

• Seams are hidden behind the pleats on pleated draperies making the seams less noticeable.

• Non-corrosive, heavy duty drapery pins will not rust or discolor in salt air environments."
