Preferred Investment Solutions, formerly known as Kenmar
is an international investment firm that CPG designed in Rye
Brook, NY. The client wanted a space that was very open
and professional while drawing its inspiration from lofts in
New York City. Clean materials such as concrete, cork, and
exposed metals help to evoke the playfulness the client was
looking for, but maintaining a definite business atmosphere.
Elements used in the project ranged from hand-blown Italian
glass light fixture to a custom 36 foot long aluminum
conference table. The over-all aesthetic of the environment
is urban, with nods to an industrial space yet comfortable.
